What are the ways to keep the skin looking youthful and glowing for a long long time?
Milk is great for skin, a glass every morning
A complexion of vitamins you can buy in a drugstore a pill daily for two months works great
A teaspoon of honey daily is for long term results.
If you have oily skin mix oatmeal, honey and egg white and scrub your skin for 5 minutes twice a week.
If not than mix egg yolk and olive oil, place on your face for about 20 minutes and rinse with warm water!!
And also good sleep is very important to have a healthy skin.
Eat lots of fruits and veggies. moisturized your skin morning and night. There are lots of good moisturizer available in the market, find out what suits you best. Use goats milk for the body. Clarins for the face. Clarins is very good. Shesheido is also a good beauty product. Cetaphil is a great facial wash. try it! go to a spa, get an apricot scrub.
